Brian Fay, a senior at Washington representing Ireland, repeated as the winner in the top section of the men's invitational 5,000 meters in 13:21.99 at the Bryan Clay Invitational at Azusa Pacific University's Cougar Stadium in Azusa, Calif. Fay also prevailed last year at Bryan Clay in 13:16.52.
