Ida Eikeng, a junior at Washington representing Norway, placed second in the women's elite heptathlon with a lifetime-best 6,100 points at the 63rd Mt. SAC Relays at Hilmer Lodge Stadium in Walnut, Calif. Eikeng, who won the javelin with a second-round throw of 171-6 (52.29m), elevated to the No. 21 competitor in collegiate heptathlon history. She won the Mt. SAC Relays heptathlon last year with 5,916 points.
